We rather miss the name Birkebeiner for one of the most fun and versatile skin skis from Madshus, but Madshus has made so many improvements on that design that the new name of Nordic Pro Skin ski seems warranted. Similar in glide as a race ski makes covering distance fast, but the easy grip makes it less work. And the little bit extra width and sidecut give more control on the downhills. This is a ski that can appeal to any skier who enjoys groomed tracks. Go fast, or go easy, just have more fun.
